Return Policy

Once cut and despatched we cannot refund fabric orders, If you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and without any further cost to yourself.

Goods that have been cut off the roll i.e.. “a bespoke” order are not refundable.

Goods that were full rolls can be refunded but you will need to contact our Support Team on 020 8575 0279 to discuss and arrange.

If goods are returned to us in a non saleable condition or they have been damaged we are unable to offer you a refund.

We recommend you order a sample if you are unsure about a fabric or fabric product.

We are unable to offer a refund on goods that have been cut or used under any circumstances.

We are unable to return any products that are FLAME RETARDANT due to their safety aspect.
