Return Policy

Once fabric orders have been cut and dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and at no additional cost to you.

Please note that goods cut from the roll, classified as "bespoke" orders, are non-refundable.

Under no circumstances can refunds be issued for goods that have been cut or used.
